At TrixiePix, every item is made with love and care, just for you. Because our products are personalised and handcrafted, we ask that you allow 7–10 working days for your order to arrive.

If you’re working to a tight deadline or need your order urgently, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’ll do our best to help!

Delivery Charges (within Ireland):

Personalised Prints – €2.95

Gifts & Framed Prints – €5.95

We currently deliver within Ireland only. All orders are sent via An Post.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or has been damaged in transit.

If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the issue. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
